San Antonio Police Department Records

SAPD Headquarters is at 315 S. Santa Rosa, San Antonio, TX 78207. The general number is 210-207-7273, and the Records office is at 210-207-7396. The Records Office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can get accident reports, offense reports, and incident reports here.

The fastest way to get a crash report is through the TxDOT CRIS system. The cost is $6 for a standard copy and $8 for a certified one. Reports are available 7 to 10 business days after the crash. You can search by crash ID, VIN, license plate, or name and date.
